There are 4 performance-/firmware-versions available:

01 – Firmware Totalization and Dosing

Suitable for advanced applications with weight totalization, formula weighing, with data and print management.

• zeroing; gross/net selection; manual or automatic totalization;
• horizontal totalization (lot total), vertical totalization (recipe total), subtraction; with automatic tare
• tare by weighing, through preset (direct or computed); free automatic tare; database of 300 tares per weighing platform (up to 4 platforms); blocked / unblocked tare
• off-/on switchable keyboard functions
• 15 configurable and printable ID-texts of 32 characters each, f.i. code, lot, operator ID, shift number, etc.
• database of 1000 articles with 3 alphanumeric descriptions (2 lines each of 20 characters each), tare, linked tare
• database of 200 Customers with alphanumeric description (5 lines of 30 characters each)
• selection of article, customer, tare from the database through bar code reader (option)
• 4 levels of zero settable totals printable in an independent way: partial total, general total, grand total, total by article
• calculator function: it is possible to add, subtract or multiply two values of up to 7 digits (entered through the keypad), print the result and apply it to the tare.
• Data Entry Protocol: complete set of serial commands so that one can manage scale functions from PC, in order to easily accomplish even the most complex applications by guiding the operator during the process operations; the protocol allows to manage the scale displays (to interact with the operator), carry out all the weighing functions, read the data entered via keyboard, check the input/output, manage the databases and emulate the instrument keyboard.

03 Firmware Vehicle Weighing

Suitable for advanced applications for weighing / checking incoming and outgoing trucks (including weighing of single trucks or trailers), with data and print management.

• zero setting; gross/net selection; automatic tare or preset tare; blocked or unblocked tare
• data storage of in- / outgoing loads through ID-code or license number (up to 999 weighings)
• management of second scale: possibility of carrying out the input/output weigh with scale 1 or with scale 2; input weigh with scale 1, output weigh with scale 2 and vice versa
• tare by weighing, through preset (direct or computed); free automatic tare; database of 300 tares per weighing platform (up to 4 platforms); blocked / unblocked tare
• off-/on switchable keyboard functions
• function “A+B” for displaying sum of scale 1 + scale 2
• management of vehicles with trailer also on 2 scales (truck weigh on scale 1 + trailer weigh on scale 2)
• Master/Slave functioning for managing the weighing system from two indicators
• 15 configurable and printable ID-texts of 32 characters each, f.i. code, lot, operator ID, shift number, etc.

DM Firmware Multi Component Dosing

Special dosage firmware for automatic dosing and merging of multiple components. Completely programmable ticketprint layouts.

• programmable number of repetitions of the dosage cycle; registration of the consumption
• programmable database of 500 formulas with 16 characters description each, target, flight weight and tolerance; speed

• dual dosage speed (approximate and fine), managed through output active in constant mode or with bleeding function, with programmable ON/OFF time

• external ATEX battery pack in IP65 stainless steel housing. For ATEX 3GD instruments, 2 and 22 zones. ATTENTION: recharge in safe zone only, connectable and disconnectable from the weighing system also in hazardous area.
