Pallet Scale PS-III-E / S-E Pit version (Egg weighing system)

For optimal recording of logistical progress in the shipping process and recording the history. The registration can be sent to a PC and / or USB stick (optional USB kit required).

The egg weighing system consists of pallet weighing PS III with weight indicator and features special firmware for weighing eggs on pallets. Equipped with extra weigh bar in the middle, allowing better support of heavy pallets.

As an alternative to the pallet scale with 3 bars one can also opt for a platform scale, type S-E pit version, for recessed placement in the floor (top of weighing platform at floor level).

Process of the weighing system

A pallet of eggs is placed on the scale
The indicator asks for selecting the type of pallet> Manual (tarra1)
The indicator asks for the number of trays> manually enter (tarra2)
The indicator requires selecting the stable number> manually or with optional scanner
The indicator asks for the number of eggs> Enter numeric keys and confirm with
enter
The indicator registers on USB: Client, stable number, date / time, number of eggs, egg weight
