Plant weighing and registration system
The plant weighing and registration system is designed for plant growers who want to inform their buyers about the condition in which the products were loaded immediately before the start of the transport. This can be important in the event that the products arrive at their destination in damaged or poor condition.
This allows the supplier to demonstrate that the products are loaded in optimal condition and cannot be held liable for any damage upon receipt. Important data such as packing slip number, customer, type of cart, barcode cart, date / time, weight, gross height of the cart, as well as a photo, can easily be made available to the recipient as proof.
We can also supply such a weighing and registration system for other vulnerable products, adapted to your wishes.

Weighing system method
- operator operator places trolley on the scale
- operator selects trolley type
- operator enters packing slip number via keyboard
- operator scans code on the trolley with barcode scanner
- operator presses registration button
- data is sent via ethernet to an existing PC on which AllScales SW software is installed
- data that can be registered include: packing slip number, customer, trolley type, trolley barcode, date / time, weight, height
- optionally a photo can be taken and registered
- all data that is registered is placed in a database from which lists can later be exported to, for example, Excel.
- with the filters it is easy to generate a clear overview per order
